Modifications and additions within the existing footprint of this cottage and rear deck radically transform both the amenity and connection to the garden. The living spaces moved to the new lower level connect to the existing pool and the green gully beyond via a dramatic double height outdoor space created under the existing roof line. At the centre of the house is a new lower level entry and special internal stair case that brings north light deep into the house. This project is on site and due to be completed in 2027.
